Starting when the course cohort reaches 5 students.

Every Saturday and Sunday, 9.30 EET (Helsinki)/ 7.30 WEST (Lisbon).

The breath is the most vital part of the body. It influences the activities of each cell and, most importantly, is intimately linked with the performance of the brain. It is also closely linked to all aspects of human experience – physical and spiritual. Pranayama is the practice where you use your breath to regulate the flow of ‘prana’ or life force inside your body. It is the fourth step in the eight-fold path of Ashtanga Yoga pioneered by Sage Patanjali centuries ago.

This course will take you through the psychology, physiology, and philosophy of Pranayama, and give you a holistic understanding of the entire practice. You will be introduced to various types of Pranayama, and you will learn how to properly practice yourself. Take the first step towards breathing right with this class. With a little practice, it’s as easy as breathing.
