Practise asanas, pranayamas and kriyas, with discussions on concepts from yogic philosophy


This course includes three classes a week for one month. Classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 0700 GMT.

The classes will start when the cohort reaches 5 people

Yoga is an ancient science of healthy living that has been passed down in India from teacher to student for centuries. It teaches you to maintain harmony between mind and body, for an overall healthy lifestyle. This class will help you with just that. Practice yogic asanas and other techniques integrated with discussions on yogic concepts that will ground your physical workout into the philosophy of yoga. This class is for everyone who is interested in living a healthier life – whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner.

What will you learn??

Learn authentic yogic techniques and concepts in this class, conducted three times a week. You will practise physical techniques like asanas, pranayamas and kriyas for an hour, which will be followed by a 15-minute introduction and discussion on yogic concepts that can be applied to daily life.
