1 hour regular classes schedule to be followed by everyone attending this class :
# Initial relaxation : Relax your body and mind while lying in Savasana (Corpse Pose).
# Chanting of Dhayana Slokas : It helps to tune the mind to the divine in its different aspects.
# Breathing exercises (Pranayama) : Practice of Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom.
# Surya Namaskar : To warm up our body before practicing Asanas, we perform stretches using Surya Namaskar (sun salutation).
# Practice of Classical asanas. Focus will be on the flexibility of your spine.
# Progressive Muscle Relaxation : Practice of tensing one muscle group at a time followed by a relaxation phase with release of the tension.
# Final relaxation : Practiced at the end of the yoga session while lying in Savasana (Corpse Pose).
# Chanting of Mantra and prayer : We chant Maha Mrtyunjaya Mantra (Om Tryambakam) as it is a life-giving Mantra and is believed to bestow on you health, long life, liberation and prosperity.
Price for each session is Euro 12 per person.
